How do I connect multiple devices with SYNC?

Open the SYNC tab, create a new room or join an existing one using the room code. Make sure all devices are connected to the internet and have the latest version of METRO X.

Why isn't the tuner detecting my instrument?

Ensure your device's microphone permissions are enabled for METRO X. Try adjusting your distance from the microphone and check that you're in a quiet environment for optimal pitch detection.

Can I use METRO X offline?

The BEAT module and basic tuner functions work offline. SYNC technology and cloud features require an internet connection.

How do I cancel my subscription?

What file formats does NOTE support?

The NOTE module supports PDF files for sheet music import. We're working on expanding format support in future updates.
