Frequently asked questions
I already use Metro X on my iPhone or Android. Do I need a new account?
No. Sign in on the web with the same email you use in the app. Anything you buy here unlocks the app on every device signed in to that account. In the app, tap Restore Purchases if Pro doesn't show up right away.
How does the free trial work?
Monthly and annual Pro start with 7 days free. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that from your account page.
Monthly, annual or lifetime?
Monthly is $2.99, annual is $19.99 (about $1.67 a month), and lifetime is a one-time $49.99 with no renewals. All three unlock exactly the same Pro features.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
We're a school or orchestra. How do seats work?
Buy as many seats as you need on the For Schools page, then invite players by email from your account. Need a purchase order or invoice? Request a quote and we'll send one.
Is the app still free?
Yes. The metronome, tuner, score reader and Sync rooms are free on iPhone, iPad and Android. There are no ads.
