By using METRO X, you agree to the following terms.
1. Account creation
You must be 13 or older to create an account. Children under 13 must have a parent or guardian create and manage the account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the app
- Share false data
- Use unauthorized bots or scripts
- Violate intellectual property laws
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Free trials auto-convert to paid plans unless canceled before the end date.
- Refunds are not available for past payments.
4. AI and analytics
You understand that AI features analyze your practice and performance data to offer insights, rankings, and recommendations.
5. Competitions
By entering competitions, you agree to public display of your entries, voting outcomes, and potential rewards. METRO X reserves the right to moderate entries.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
7. Limitation of liability
METRO X is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
