Terms of Use

Effective: October 16, 2026 · Nabee LLC, maker of Metro X

Plain terms for a practice tool: what is free, what Metro X Pro costs and how it renews, who owns what, and what we promise.

Free and Metro X Pro

The tuner, the metronome and the ORB, the score reader, IMSLP scores, Play-tab piano accompaniments, Sync rooms including hosting, and the Apple Watch app are free. Metro X Pro adds annotation on every device, cloud backup and import (iCloud, Google Drive, Dropbox), every sound pack, every ORB colour and one account across iPhone, iPad, Android and metrox.app. Pro is sold monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions, trials, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. The yearly trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. Purchases made in the app are billed and managed by Apple or Google, including refunds; purchases on metrox.app are processed by Stripe and managed at metrox.app/account, with a 14-day window to put a problem right. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal. Sign in with the same account, or use Restore Purchases, to unlock Pro on other devices.

Your account and content

Most of Metro X works without an account. The scores you import, the annotations you draw and the presets you save are yours; we store and sync them only to provide the service and never use them for advertising or to train models. You are responsible for having the right to use any score you import. Schools and ensembles can license seats at metrox.app/for-schools and are responsible for their members' use and for any consent the law requires.

Our promises and their limits

Metro X is a practice tool: accuracy depends on your device, microphone, Bluetooth hardware and network. It is provided "as is"; our liability is limited to the greater of what you paid in the previous 12 months and US $50, except where the law does not allow such limits. The terms are governed by the laws of Nevada and the United States; consumers keep the protections of their own country. Rights holders and anyone with a question can write to [email protected].
